Ingredients

    Spelt Flour Whole Grain, 1 cup
    Whole Grain Oat Flour, .25 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

Combine all wet
Add all dry
Mix until just moist
Scoop into 12 muffin tins sprayed with baking spray.
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
