We had company and I fixed a variety of boneless skinless breasts, thighs and bone-in legs. It was a huge hit. Per company - "this recipe is a keeper" - 2/19/11

  • Very good! I altered a little due to time and taste. I used fresh chicken breast cut into strips and made tenders. I didn't use the lime or poultry season. I used egg whites and added the cut chicken breast to the egg white, let it sit for just a few minutes then coated with the dry ingredients as t - 8/27/11
