    5-6 Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
    1 Medium Banana
    1 cup Soy Milk (vanilla tastes best)
    1 small mango, sliced

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a blender with a few cubes of ice... blend til smooth and enjoy!
