Boboli Pizza Sauce (one pouch for 4 pitas)
Anise Seed, 0.5 tsp
Fennel seed, 0.5 tsp
Oregano, ground, 0.5 tsp
Basil, 0.25 tbsp
Shur-fine Original Premium Country Style Pork Sausage, 6 oz
Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 1.5 cup
Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
Mushrooms, fresh, 0.25 cup, pieces or slices
Chop or dice bell peppers as desired. Top each pita with Boboli sauce, cooked sausage, oregano, basil, mushrooms, and finally the mozzarella cheese last. Add a bit of diced onion or green chiles to taste.
Cook at 450 for 10-15 min, until cheese is fully melted.
