Rice & Bean Vinaigrette Salad

Ingredients

    1-19 oz can of kidney beans
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    1/2 cup mixed frozen vegetables
    1/4 cup diced celery
    1/4 cup diced red pepper

    Vinaigrette Dressing:
    1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. honey mustard
    1 clove garlic
    pepper

Directions

Mix rice, beans and vegetables together in bowl. Combine incredients for vinaigrette dressing in another bowl and pour over rice mixture. Stir and refrigerate.
