    BEVERAGE Water, Filtered, 6 cup (remove)
    BEVERAGE KROGER LOW SODIUM 100% VEGE JUICE 1 CUP, 1.5 serving (remove)
    Onion Vidalia raw med onion, 148 gram(s) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup (remove)
    Edamame, Shelled, Frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Okra, 1 cup slices (remove)
    *Beef bouillon-1 cube, 1 serving (remove)
    Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    SPICES MRS DASH - ALL FLAVORS, 6 serving (remove)

Directions

PUT BEEF CUBE, WATER AND JUICE IN A LARGE POT.
ADD VEGETABLES CHOPPED. ADD SPICES. COOK COVERED ON LOW FOR 2.5 HOURS.
****CAN ADD BARLEY OR WHOLE WHEAT PASTA OR WILD RICE IF DESIRED.
