Easy, tasty recipe for raw version of alfredo sauce. Pour over zucchine sliced thin that's been lightly marinated in olive oil, or over fresh, raw veggies - broccoli, etc. Buon appetito! Ingredients

    Nutritional yeast, olive oil, garlic, raw, unsalted cashews (pieces or whole), water, miso, onion and lemon juice.

Directions

Use cashews and water (and a strainer or food-quality straining cloth) and prepare cashew milk before mixing with other ingredients. Mix everything in food processor or blender till creamy & thick; about one minute on medium or high speed. Adjust flavors to your taste. Makes about 2 cups sauce.
