Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 c brown rice, cooked
    .75 c chopped onions
    .5 c chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 T Kikkoman lite soy sauce
    4 slices sliced sandwich chicken

Directions

Cook 2 cups raw brown rice in 4 c. water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat
to low. Cook rice on low for about 40 minutes. Makes 4 cups brown rice.
Chop up veggies and sliced chicken. Cook over medium heat until slightly cooked. Add soy sauce and heat with vegetables. Add cooked rice.
Add more soy sauce if desired.
Makes about 6-8 servings.
