Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup old fashioned oats
    2 tbsp wheat bran
    2 tbsp ground flaxseed
    1/2 banana, sliced
    2 tbsp raisins
    1/4 cup pasteurized eggwhites
2 oz vanilla almond milk (or regular milk/soymilk/rice etc)
1 tbsp peanut butter (I used PB&co's cinnamon raisin swirl)
    cinnamon to taste
water to "taste," for your consistency needs

Directions

Mix dry ingredients well. Add liquid, then fruit. Cook on high 1-2 minutes, then add the peanut butter last.

*For a vegan version, omit the eggwhites and I think you should be set!
