Ingredients

    *Clams, canned, meat only, 2 cup
    *Potato, raw, 4 medium
    Onions, raw, .50 large
    Garlic, 1 clove
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Fat free half and half, 1 cup
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    Milk, canned, evaporated, 1 can
    2 tbs flour

Directions

brown onion and garlic in olive oil, add flour and then add chicken broth to de glaze pan, add clams and milk cook on low heat until potatoes are tender
