My Turkey Chili

Introduction

This chili gives you a way to spice up that bland ground turkey. A low fat meal that satisfies your taste buds. This chili gives you a way to spice up that bland ground turkey. A low fat meal that satisfies your taste buds.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey
    Chopped onion
    Olive oil
    Spicy Hot V8
    Bush's chili beans
    Pinto beans
    Del Monte Diced Zesty Chili Style Tomatoes
    Chili powder
    Cumin powder
    salt and pepper

Directions

Pour 1 TBSP olive oil in the bottom of a large stock pot. Heat oil and add ground turkey and chopped onion. Stir over medium heat until turkey is nicely browned and onion is transparent. Add V8 juice, tomatoes, beans and spices. Stir and simmer for one hour. Serves 10
