1.5 pounds large peeled and deveined shrimp
2 red bell peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 mangoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
1 small red onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
Turn girll on to medium high heat.
Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper.
Thread shrimp, pepper, mango, and onions onto skewers. Alternating.
Place skewers on grill coated with cooking spray.
Grill 2 minutes on each side or until shrimp is done.
Squeeze juice from limes over kebabs.
1 serving = 2 kebabs
