Introduction

this is a great way to add some extra fiber into your meal this is a great way to add some extra fiber into your meal
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    20 oz. ground turkey 93/7
    16 oz. can of chickpeas
    1/2 env. of lipton onion soup mix
    1/2c whole wheat bread crumbs
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1/2c reduced fat grated parm.

Directions

first smash the chickpeas into a mush. then mix all ing. together and put into a loaf pan. cook at 350 for 1 hour.

  • Very easy and very good! I had two pounds of turkey so I just increased the other ingredients a little bit -- plus its zucchini season right now so I added two cups of grated zucchini.
