Ingredients

    2 T. canned pumpkin
    2 T. 0% fat greek yogurt
    2 T. skim milk
    1 T. almond butter
    1 t. maple extract
    1 packet Truvia
    Sprinkle cinnamon

Combine all ingredients except milk in bowl; stir and add milk gradually until you reach the desired texture.
