IntroductionI had some leftover Chicken from Chef Meg's Roast Chicken. I had some leftover Chicken from Chef Meg's Roast Chicken.
Garofalo Organic Pasta (2 oz dry), 150 gram(s)
Mushrooms, fresh, 110 grams
Roasting Chicken, 120 grams
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 175 grams
Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
GV Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese 1/3 cup, 56 gram(s)
Nu-Salt (salt substitute) 1/6 tsp = 1 gram, 1 gram
Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
While Pasta is cooking, saute sliced fresh Mushrooms in 1/2 T of EVOO, add 1/2 cup of the pasta water
add chicken cut in bite size cubes
add mixed Vegetables
add drained Pasta
stir and heat to serving temperature
add finely shredded Mozzarella Cheese and 1/4 cup of Milk.
Season to taste.
