Orange fruity smoothie

Introduction

Yummy breakfast smoothie with no milk products. Yummy breakfast smoothie with no milk products.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 orange, peeled and core removed
    1 medium banana, peeled
    1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks
    1/2 cup orange sherbet ice cream
    1 oz. (about 2 T) orange juice concentrate
    8 ice cubes

Directions

Throw all ingredients in a good blender and blend until smooth. If you don't have a really good blender, you may need to remove the clear membrane from the orange. I like to keep it on for extra fiber. Enjoy! Makes 2.5 cups.
