Layered Mexican Dip

Introduction

Ingredients

    Refried Beans, Benita Traditional, 16oz can
    Happy Farms Whipped Chive Cream Cheese, 1 (8oz) carton
    Daisy Light Sour Cream, 1 (16oz) carton
    Cheddar, 2% Mild Fancy Shredded Cheese, 1 cup
    Garden Fresh Gourmet Jack's Special med/hot salsa, 8 tbsp

Directions

In small mixing bowl, blend together whipped chive cream cheese and sour cream. Spread refried beans on bottom of serving dish or container; layer sour cream mixture on top of beans; sprinkle shredded cheese on top of sour cream mixture. Dollop salsa on top of cheese. Chill and serve with tortilla chips. Makes about 20 servings.

*You may also add a layer of guacamole between the beans and sour cream mixture, or top with lettuce, olives, green onions, etc. These nutrition values are not reflected in the recipe.
