1/2 Cup Egg Substitute
1/2 Cup Cooked, Chopped Spinach
1 Slice Fat Free Cheese
1 Tablespoon Light Cream Cheese
2) Pour the Egg Substitute into a small frying pan, sprayed with Pam.
3) Mix together the cooked spinach, cream cheese and cheese slice until all cheese is melted.
4) Add the spinach mixture to the egg substitue. Mix the ingredients with a spatula until egg is thoughly cooked.
5) Slide onto plate and enjoy!!
