Spice Rubbed Halibut

Introduction

A wonderful quick recipe, complimented perfectly by Mango-chili salsa A wonderful quick recipe, complimented perfectly by Mango-chili salsa
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 6 ounce halibut fillets
    1 Tablespoon paprika
    1-1/2 teaspoons each dried oregano and dried thyme
    1 teaspoon each onion powder and garlic powder
    1 teaspoon each black pepper and salt
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
    1-1/2 Tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

Pat dry fillets. Combine all seasonings in a bowl. Brush or rub on melted butter and rub in seasoning. Grill or bake for 6-10 minutes, being careful not to overcook. Enjoy with Mango-chili Salsa. Mmmmm...
