Chicken Breast, no skin, 20 ounces
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.25 cup
Egg white, 1 serving
Prego Spaghetti Sauce, 16 tbsp
Mushrooms 1 lb
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 oz (not included)
Brown aromatics in same pan, add pasta sauce and bring to a simmer. Return chicken to [an, cover and simmer until done, approx 15-20 minutes.
Serve over pasta with parmesean sprinkled.
