Whisk in a small bowl; Mustard, Oil, Sauce, and Seeds. While mixing, pour in your Vinegar to make a rich and creamy consistency. Dice up your shallots and garlic very small & add to mixture. You can adjust the olive oil to taste and calorie preference. Substitutions for the sauce can include lemon juice but you will get an entirely different taste. A little goes a long way!
