1.5 lbs venison (ground) 1 cup water 1 box dry mix stuffing (spoon out 6 tbls bbq sauce set aside)
Mix venison, dry mix, and water (may need to add more if doesnt feel like its holding together) then spray 12 cupcake tin, place mixture in each. Using a spoon place a finger size hole in each tin, then add bbq sauce. Bake at 375 for a 1/2 hour. These freeze like a dream, I make up two batches at a time.
