3 Lg Portabella Mushrooms
1/2 c egg substitute
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp olive oil
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Beat egg substitute and place in a deep plate.
Mix bread crumbs, cheese, and a dash of black pepper.
Dip mushrooms into egg, then crumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add mushrooms a few slices at a time. Pan-fry on boh sides until golden brown. Serve with sauce.
