Black Bean Avocado Enchiladas

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 - 15.5 oz can Black Beans
    1/2 Avocado - chopped
    1.5 Tbsp Light Sour Cream
    1/8 C Cambell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/4 C Cheese Shredded Mexican style four cheese

    4 - OLE Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb Tortilla Wraps

    1.5 Tbsp Light Sour Cream
    1/8 C Cambell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/4 C Salsa
    1/4 C water

Directions

Mix together first five ingredients, and distribute evenly in tortillas. Roll tortillas and place in baking dish.

Mix together last 4 ingredients and pour over filled tortillas.

Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 350F.

Makes 4 enchiladas.
