A quick meal. Can be upgraded with whole wheat buns. Watch out for the sodium! Can sneak in a little more fiber, & vitamins by adding finely, finely chopped carrot, peppers, onion.... A quick meal. Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 8 oz
    Hunt's Manwich Original Sloppy Joe Sauce, 2 cup
    *Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns, 8 roll

Directions

Brown ground beef. Sautee veggies (optional). Add Manwich sauce. Serve on buns.
