Introduction
I don't like fish much, but I love this recipe! I think the sauce can be used with other fish/seafood. I don't like fish much, but I love this recipe! I think the sauce can be used with other fish/seafood.Number of Servings: 4

This was great! I made it with some brown rice and Asparagus Asiago (recipe here on SparkRecipes!). It was a nice combination. Instead of tilapia we used salmon (they were out of tilapia at the store we went to) and it was still delicious. We eat fish regularly so this is a keeper. Thanks! :o) - 1/12/09

I used a medium onion sliced thinly and the lemon that I got the juice from to spread over the fish, along with about 1/2 tsp. of Lemon pepper. I also do this with salmon and then I add some olive oil. (I also switched the margarine for Smart Balance) Talk about moist and YUMMY! Make extra. - 7/4/09

I make this every week and add a little white wine, garlic and toasted sesame seeds. Please ignore warnings about eating this fish as the warnings that were recently in the press are totally unfounded. While not a source of omega 3 not enough fat to be as bad as bacon or hamburger. Very tasty! - 4/14/09

My family loved this recipe. I went over-board on the cayenne and ended up liking it that way. I added a splash of white wine, to the sauce, too. I served it with butternut squash cubes because their sweetness went well with the mild sweetness of the fish. Even my PICKY 2-year old liked it. - 4/6/13
