IntroductionGarlic, onion and mushrooms surround the chicken and all are slowly sauteed and finished with a splash of red marsala cooking wine. Garlic, onion and mushrooms surround the chicken and all are slowly sauteed and finished with a splash of red marsala cooking wine.
6 oz. chicken breast, no skin, diced
6 medium mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp marsala cooking wine
1 serving butter flavored cooking spray
Add thinly sliced sweet onion.
Cook over medium-low heat till onions are soft.
Add chicken, mushrooms and garlic and season with a non-salt seasoning.
Let mixture cook for at least 15 mins (or until chicken is cooked through).
Just before serving turn heat up to med high and add cooking wine to glaze the pan and blend the flavors.
Serve and enjoy.
