* Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 0.25 cup, unthawed
* *Pom Wonderful Pomegranate Juice, 2 oz
* *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
* Barlean's Greens, 1 tbsp
* EAS Whey Protein, 1 serving
* Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 3 berry
* Aloe Vera Juice, 2 oz
* MCCORMICK Ground Cinnamon, .25 tsp
* Dannon All Natural Vanilla Yogurt, 6 oz., .75 serving
add 2-3 frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries, 2-3 pieces of another fruit pineapple is my favorite right now.
Blend till smooth
I make mine in a Magic Bullet Blender so after the first blend i take a couple sips off the top to make room for the fruit.
