    * Celery, cooked, 3 cup, diced (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)
    * *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 9 tsp (remove)
    * Raisins, .5 cup, packed (remove)
    * Apricots, dried, 3 half (remove)
    * *Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove)
    * Salt, .125 tsp (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, .125 tsp (remove)

Directions

Boil and reduce heat to simmer
cook for 45-min
makes 3 cups-calorie count is for 1/4 cup servings
