Hannah's Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

    1 package (1/2 cup) instant cinnamon spice oatmeal.
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 cup whole grain flour (I used whole grain white, but either would work)
    1/4 cup all purpose flour
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
    1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 large egg

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. In a medium bowl add dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking powder, salt, raisins) and mix
3. In another medium bowl add wet ingredients (margarine, sugar, egg, vanilla) and mix until well blended.
4. Combine. Mix until completely moistoned.
5. Scoop and Bake on ungreased cooking sheet for 10 minutes.



Make 1 1/2 dozen
