Adapted from Betty Crocker's Four Grain Adapted from Betty Crocker's Four Grain
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    4 cups whole grain white flour
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    2 packets active dry yeast
    1 cup oats
    1 cup lowfat milk
    1 cup water
    cornmeal

Directions

1. preheat oven to 400
2. mix 3 cups wheat flour, sugar, salt and baking soda
3. On stovetop heat milk, water and yeast together
4. combine with four
5. a remaining flour and oats
6. Grease 2 loaf pans with cooking spray and sprinkle with cornmeal
7. separate into loaf pans
8. let rise 30 minutes
9. bake 25 minutes
10. make 2 loaves, 16 slices each
