Healthy-style Gravy

Ingredients

    2 T butter, unsalted
    2 T white flour
    2 cups, soy milk Vanilla low-fat
    1 Can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 tsp salt, or to taste

Directions

Melt butter in medium pot. Stir in flour until creamy. Add soy milk, stirring constantly until bubbly. Stir in soup and salt until mixed well. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir again until of desired consistency. Pour over biscuits.
