BLT Salad

Introduction

Great Light Salad for those who love BLT's Great Light Salad for those who love BLT's
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    5 C of assorted lettuce/greens, I used Sweet Butter and Italian Mix
    half of a medium tomato
    4 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
    2 Tbsp. Lite Ranch dressing


Directions

Put bacon on to cook, approximately 6 minutes. Wash and rinse lettuce/greens. Place in large bowl. Cut and dice tomato. Add to greens. When bacon is done drain and chop. Add to greens. Toss all ingredients together. Pour dressing over or serve on the side. Makes 2 2.5 cup servings.
