CranChicken Salad

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound boneless/skinless chicken
    3 Tbsp Miracle Whip
    1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/3 to 1/2 cup Craisins

Directions

1. Put your chicken onto a baking pan and cook through (400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes)
2.) Once the chicken is done, set aside to cool.
3.) Dice the chicken and put into a medium bowl
4.) Add chopped onion, Miracle Whipe, and Craisins to the bowl.
5.)Stir and enjoy as a sandwich or on crackers for a snack.
