1.5 cups gluten flour
2 Tbsp WW flour
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
6 cups water
1/2 cup Frontier Chicken-flavored broth powder
1/3 cup soy sauce
Add 1.5 cups warm broth to flour mixture in food processor. Knead into firm dough. Cut into 6 pieces and drop into boiling broth. Simmer on low boil for one hour, turning occasionally.
For chicken-flavored variation,sub:
2 Tbsp soy sauce in broth
1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning mix
