Banana Chocolate breakfast muffins

Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (remove)
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 3 cup, dry, yields (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Milk Chocolate Candy, .25 cup chips (remove)
    1/4 cup shredded coconut
    5 tbsp ground flax seed
    1 tbsp vanilla
    2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients well. Divide evenly in twelve muffin tray. bake 25 minutes

  • Have the texture of a no bake cookie (probably because of the oats). They are very good and I enjoyed mine with a glass of skim milk! They are very filling. - 3/23/11
