Ingredients

    3 Medium Bell Peppers (I like the yellow, red and orange ones)
    1 tbls parmesan shredded cheese
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup cooked wild rice (from leftovers)
    3 tbls chopped onions
    2 slices of cooked and cooled bacon (chopped)
    2 tsp Salt, Pepper (to taste, add garlic if you like)
    3 tbls BBQ sauce (I like Stubbs or Sonny Bryans)
