Trisha's Pasta Veggie Salad

Ingredients

    Fit & Active Whole Wheat Penne Rigate, 1.5 cup
    Red Pepper (1 Large Pepper), 0.25 serving
    Yellow Pepper strips (1 whole pepper), 0.25 serving
    Vidalia Onion (1 Medium Onion = 5.3 oz), 2 oz
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    black olive- canned for 5 med olives, 1 serving
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato
    Bolthouse Farms Classic Balsamic, 4 tbsp
    Trader Joe's Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese, 1 tbsp

Directions

Boil pasta according to package directions.Rinse in cold water then add to remaining ingredients in large bowl. Stir gently. Chill to taste. Serve over butter lettuce if desired (lettuce not included in nutritional information). Makes 5 1 cup servings.
