4 oz. Pepperoni, shredded
16 oz. Rotel
16 oz. Tomatoes, crushed
12 oz. Pasta of choice
1/2 c. Colby Jack cheese, shredded
2 Tbl. Italian seasoning
Stir gently but well and simmer for about 20 minutes stiring occasionally so it doesn't stick. Once most of excess liquid cooks out serve with sprinkled shredded cheese on top. Wonderful with garlic bread and a side salad.
Makes about 8 1cup servings
