Monica's Ginger-Orange Granola

Submitted by: SOCALNASCARGAL

Introduction

This is a wonderful granola. My husband eats it with Vanilla Silk for breakfast. We also put it in yogurt or just eat it straight out of the container. Only make it when you have a lot of time to be in the kitchen to stir the granola. It is well worth it. This is a wonderful granola. My husband eats it with Vanilla Silk for breakfast.
