2 medium eggs
100g diced pancetta
1 cup diced onions
place pancetta in a pan and dry fry until cooked, drain fat and add onion and cook until soft.
Beat eggs in a jug and set aside.
when spaghetti is cooked drain and place back in the pan, add the pancetta and onion and the egg mixure.
turn on heat and stir the mixture until the eggs are cooked.
place in two bowls and enjoy!
