Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    400g can of chickpeas drained
    chopped garlic clove
    handfull of chopped parsley
    pinch of cumin and corriander
    0.5 tsp chilli powder
    2tbsp plain flour
    4 toasted pitta breads
    red onion and green salad to serve

Directions

pat chickpeas dry with paper towel and mash with onion, garlic, parsley, spices and flour.
shape mixture into 4 large or 8 small patties.
bake in oven at gas 5 for 20 mins and serve in a pitta bread with red onion and a green salad.
serves 4.
