* Pineapple chunks in juice (canned), 227 grams -- one small can
* Strawberries, fresh, 275 grams
* Honeydew Melon, 400 grams
* *loquats (shesek-- one fruit pitted = approx. 30 grams), 200 gram(s)
* Oranges, 350 grams
* Banana, fresh, 200 grams
* Raisins, 20 grams
* Real Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp
* Yogurt, Bio 1.5% (plain), 150 gram
Directions
Dice all fruit, mix together all ingredients, chill, and enjoy! Makes 8 one-cup servings... 1/2 cup might also be plenty.
Optional: serve with 10 grams of chopped pecans on top.
