Egg Bake (Seymour)

Number of Servings: 10


    9 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
    3 slices Village Hearth bread, chuncked
    12 oz. reduced fat marble jack cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt & pepper
    1 c. diced turkey or ham


Mix above ingredients together in 9x13 pan. Let set overnight.

Bake at 325 for 45-60 min.

Serves 10.
