Mushroom Omlette

Introduction

egg and egg white omlette with veggies egg and egg white omlette with veggies
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    2 tbsp chopped onions
    1 tab butter
    La Victoria Green Taco Sauce 1 tbsp
    salt/pepper to taste

Directions

saute onions and mushrooms in butter,
mix egg + whites in a bowl. Add to sauteed veggies. push eggs gently around veggies to make sure they are cooked through. Add salt/pepper to taste if needed. Fold over when eggs are fairly solid. cook 2 minutes, gently flip. Cook two minutes more. Move to a plate, top with Green Taco Sauce. Enjoy!
