Introduction

Unexpected company - need a FAST dessert that everyone will love? This is it! Unexpected company - need a FAST dessert that everyone will love? This is it!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Lucks canned fried apples
    cinnamon sugar
    I can't believe it's not butter spray
    Pam
    1 T egg white
    Pillsbury reduced fat croissants (8 count can)

Directions

preheat oven to 350
spray pan w/ Pam
divide croissant dough into 8 pieces
spray each piece with "ICBINB" spray
thinly slice fried apples
put 3 or 4 slices at wide part of croissant and roll up
place in baking dish
pour liquid from apples into BOTTOM of baking dish - not on
top of the croissants
baste tops of croissants with egg white
sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until golden brown
serve with vanilla ice cream if desired (not included in calorie count)
