Ingredients

    2 split chicken breasts w. rib (remove skin)
    10 tbsn light mayo
    1 medium stalk of celery
    3 tbpn of red onion (chopped)
    1/2 tspn galic power
    1/2 tspn onion power
    1/2 tspn lawry's seasoning salt
    1 tspn ground black pepper

Directions

boil chicken in water with rough cut celery (1 stalk), onion (1 medium), and a bay leaf. season water with onion power, 2 cloves of garlic, black pepper, and seasoning salt for 60 minutes.

remove and pull meat from the bone into shreaded pieces. Mix all ingredients with chicken and chill. Serve in sandwich, on salad, or with chips.
