Pecan Cantaloupe Kabobs

Ingredients

    1/2 cup pecan halves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 cantaloupe

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

On baking sheet, toast pecans 8-9 minutes until golden and let cool.

Finely ground pecans in food processor, pulse in cinnamon and transfer to a sheet of waxed paper.

Halve the melon and remove seeds. Cut cantaloupe into 1 inch wedges and then cut each wedge into 4 chunks and thread onto skewer.

Press one side onto pecan mixture and transfer, pecan side up, onto a serving platter.
