    • 2 lbs. chopped, cooked potatoes (skins included)
    • 2 stalks celery, sliced
    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 2 cups light mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix ingredients in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
