Ingredients

    Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 3.5 cup
    Baking Powder, 4 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    2% milk (organic valley), 2 cup
    4Tbsp sugar ( optional and not calculated into calories.)

Directions

The recipe makes 12 6'' pancakes.
Mix all your liquid ingredients together in a bowl using a whisk. In a separate combine your dry ingredients. Then, mix your liquid ingredients quickly into the dry ingredients . Spoon batter into a skillet or griddle. Each pancake should be about a 1/3 cup measure.
